Outdoor Kitchen Design Store (Bedford, NY)

For over three decades the Outdoor Kitchen Design Store by Preferred Properties has served Connecticut, New York and Southampton. President and founder Michael Gotowala has been designing outdoor kitchens with Caliber products and we are featuring one of his Country Contemporary Bedford, New York installations this month.

This upscale second weekend home nestled in the woods of Westchester County, New York was the perfect project for the Outdoor Kitchen Design Store to connect the lifestyle of the owners for ease of use and outdoor dining with the cooking location out by the pool. The Rockwell by Caliber Social Grill and Power Pro Dual Top Burners make this project the perfect featured Caliber installation.

The disappearing grill canopy was the focus of this creative island design and allows the chef to cook and serve the guests near the pool and also take in the beautiful mountain view from the grill area. To see more “seriously fabulous” photos of this installation click here.

Villa Terrazza Patio and Home (Sonoma, CA)

Villa Terrazza Patio and Home is nestled in the beautiful wine country of Sonoma, California. They are our featured Caliber dealer this month. The turquoise 22″ Caliber Pro Kamado Charcoal Grill/Smoker stands out at the front and inside the store. The 48″ Rockwell by Caliber Social Grill is also stunning in the bright orange modern cabinetry and can be built-in to any unique outdoor design. This original patented design of the disappearing lid has done very well in their store because it gives the grill the versatility of placement within an island in the middle of an outdoor space verses having to be against a wall.

Owners, Michael Robertori and Theresa Deere, have created an amazing patio and home business in Sonoma County. The creation of this store grew from their own interest and experiences designing their own outdoor kitchen and oasis. Wok Cooking on the Caliber

See Chef Vaughn of Anvil Appliances use the wok on the Caliber 25,000 BTU French Top. He creates a delicious chicken and vegetable stir fry. Chef Vaughn can hear the sizzle and see the steam for that perfect cook.

Caliber Appliances’ Featured Dealer, Jerome’s Appliance Gallery in Calgary, Canada recently installed a 72″ Caliber Indoor Professional Range with 6 Gas Burners, French Top and a Double Griddle. This display has become a hidden jewel on the showroom floor for its custom brass end caps, bezels and beautiful signal red coloring. Jerome’s was even able to customize the configuration of the rangetop.

Jerome Curran and his staff invite you to visit their contemporary and unique 7500 square foot showroom to “Experience the Difference” first hand. Vent A Hood of the Twin Cities (Hopkins, MN)

Caliber is proud to announce Vent A Hood of the Twin Cities as our featured dealer this month. They are a family-owned business in Hopkins, MN that opened in 1969. In 2005 Joe & Patty Sullivan purchased the store. They specialize in high-end kitchen and outdoor products. Recently, they updated their showroom with a new outdoor kitchen display featuring Caliber’s Pro Kamado and the Rockwell by Caliber Social Grill. The grills are featured within Urban Bonfire cabinets in the color Anthracite with standard stainless steel handles. The countertop is Dekton by Cosentino in the color Opera. Chef Vaughn on the Caliber Pro Kamado

Watch Chef Vaughn of Anvil Appliances in Utah smoke and sear carne asada on the Caliber Pro Kamado. He makes a delicious rub for the carne asada using these ingredients: four garlic cloves minced, two Jalapeno’s minced, Kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, two limes – juiced, one orange – juiced, two Tablespoons apple cider vinegar, and 1/2 cup avocado oil.
